Michigan Anticoagulation Quality Improvement Initiative
Value Partnerships' newest CQI, this initiative aims to increase patient safety, improve outcomes, identify risk factors for poor outcomes and develop guidelines for highly effective anticoagulation services. This initiative should be instituted in mid-2009.
